摘　　要：针对目前国内制造舌针、针舌模具依靠目测和手工加工的缺陷,详细介绍了目前正在迅速发展的多种间接和直接快速制造金属模具(RMT)技术,分析了其成型机理、工艺路线、适用条件及优缺点,指出运用此技术不仅能保证模具的加工质量,而且能极大提高针舌外形的一致性。As to the current domestic latch mold making technology with the defection of visual inspection and manual making, details introduction is made to the rapid development of RMT technology with direct and indirect mold making. Analysis is done to the forming philosophy, process flow, and the prerequisite as well as the advantages plus the disadvantages. Conclusion is made that the instant manufacturing technology will be a guarantee of mold making quality and conformity of latch profile.
