摘　　要：通过工艺试验分析,指出精梳落棉率、精梳准备牵伸倍数、牵伸工艺、锭子状态、车间温湿度对成纱条干CV值的影响,并着重对牵伸工序的集合器、胶辊、钢领、钢丝圈、上销等纺纱器材进行了测试。说明合理配置细纱、牵伸和加捻、卷绕部分的工艺参数,保持良好机械状态是减小细纱条干CV值的有效措施。Process analysis finds out the impact factors of spinning CV value, namely, noil ratio, pre-draw ratio, draw process,spindle performance, hygrothermo factor. The main spinning accessories such as collector, cot, ring plus traveller and top cradle are tested. Conclusion is made that proper configuration of specifications in process of spinning,drawing and twisting sections plus good mechanical performance will be a good measure reducing spinning CV value.
