摘  要:针对目前高分子抗静电材料制备过程中,存在因氧化锌晶须电阻率较高导致的氧化锌晶须添加量过大和抗静电效果较差等问题,采用新的铝掺杂方法,显著地降低了氧化锌晶须的本体电阻率,研究了铝掺杂对氧化锌晶须电阻率的影响。含20%掺量的氧化铝使氧化锌晶须的表面电阻率从10^7~10^8Ω·cm降低到1.6×10^6Ω·cm,体积电阻率从10^8~10^9Ω·cm降低到7.1×10^5Ω·cm;进一步研究了铝掺杂氧化锌品须对聚氨酯涂料抗静电性能的影响,铝掺杂氧化锌晶须的添加量为8%,涂层的表面电阻率降低到2.4×10^7Ω·cm。铝掺杂氧化锌晶须可替代氧化锌品须作为抗静电高分子复合材料的白色导电添加剂。The higher electrical resistance of the zinc oxide whiskers will cause higher content of the zinc oxide whiskers and insufficient antistatic properties of coatings in the processing of antistatic polymer material. In the present paper, a new blending method has been developed to decrease the surface and volume resistance of the zinc oxide whiskers. The influence of Al - blending on the resistance of zinc oxide whiskers was studied. The results shows the lowest resistance of the Al - blending zinc oxide whiskers can be obtained by means of using zinc oxide whiskers blended with 20% Al2O3. The volume resistivity of the zinc oxide whiskers is decreased obviously from 10^7~10^8Ω to 1.6×10^6Ω and volume resistance from 10^8~10^9Ω·cm to 7.1×10^5Ω·cm. In addition, the influence of Al - blended zinc oxide whiskers on the antistatic properties of PU coatings was also studied. When the weight of Al - doping zinc oxide whiskers in PU coatings is about 8%, the volume resistivity of the PU coatings is decreased to 2.4×10^7Ω. Al - doping zinc oxide whiskers can be used as a white conductive additive of antistatic polymer composites.
