摘　　要：研制了一种用于航空发动机零部件脱漆的脱漆剂，该脱漆剂由两层液体组成，上层为油封层，下层为工作液。脱漆时需将工件完全浸没在工作液中，合适的脱漆温度为80～110℃。该脱漆剂具有较宽的使用范围，脱漆效率较高。A paint stripper is prepared through a combination of organic base and organic solvents. When the stripper is used, it should be heated with the temperature in a range of 80～110 ℃. And the workpiece must be immersed completely into the stripper on which an oil seal layer is required to cover. Thus the volatilization of organic compounds can be prevented, which is conducive to operators and environmental protection. The results indicate that the stripper can work more efficiently and can be used in many fields including aero - engine industry.
