大庆LLDPE装置扩能的可行性分析

摘　　要：从分析大庆线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)装置的基础设计、已定型设备的基础数据、装置的时空收率、反应热撤热能力以及反应终止系统的安全可靠程度等因素着手,指出对装置进行相应的技术改造,采取适当的技术措施后,生产能力从6万t/a扩至7.5万t/a是可行的。Basic design, space-time yields, capability of heat transferring and reliability of reaction terminating system of the 60kt/a LLDPE plant in Daqing Petrochemical Complex have been analyzed in this article. It has come to the conclusion that the output expansion of the LLDPE plant from 60kt/a to 75kt/a is feasible after making proper technical revamping and taking suitable technical measures.
