摘　　要：创新的含义在理论界有多种不同的理解,通过对创新含义的历史的归纳和研究,探讨了创新基于演化博弈理论的一种新的解释,即主动变异的解释。这种解释一方面建立在进化论的基础上,另一方面建立在人的社会属性基础上,这种解释的确立,对于现实中促进创新的活动,具有重要的指导意义。There are several explanations about the meanings of innovation in research work. This paper discussed a new explanation based on evolutionary game theory, namely voluntary mutation, by the conclusion and study of history of the meanings of innovation. This explanation was proposed based on the evolutionism on one side, and humans＇ social property on the other. The establishment of this explanation will provide an important guidance to the activities of innovation promotion in reality.
