摘　　要：绿色金融的提出与环境风险有关,除了自身的环境指标,金融机构还要面临信贷风险、法律风险及声誉风险。绿色金融将环境保护作为指导金融业行动的原则,把环境和生态指标体系纳入金融活动中。实施绿色金融体系,应以制度建设为根本,将环境意识与核心业务整合,基于不同的产业结构,开展不同的融资项目,从而规避环境风险,处理好经济效益与环境生态的关系,促进经济与社会环境的可持续发展。Green finance is related to environmental risks. In addition to its own environmental indicators, the financial institution will face credit, legal and reputation risks. Guided by the principle of environmental protection, green finance brings the ecological and environmental indicators into financial activities. The key principle to implementing green finance is institution construction to integrate the environmental awareness into the core business as well as to execute various finan- cing items based on different industries. Only in this way can financial institutions avoid environmental risks and coordinate the economic profits and environment so as to achieve sustainable development of economy, environment and society.
