摘　　要：将灾变软毁伤分为个体软毁伤和群体软毁伤,给出了个体软毁伤的度量指标———个体软毁伤度,并通过研究得出了软毁伤服从修正对数正态分布的结论,从而为科学决策提供了理论依据。Firstly this article classifies disaster＇ s mind-damage into individual mind-danage and group mind-damage, and then introduces the measure index of individual mind-damage degree of individual mind-damage. At last, it draws the conclusion that disaster＇s mind-damage subject to the modified logarithmic normal distribution, and offers scientific basis for rational decision.
