摘　　要：讨论了面向社会普及信息技术的重要性,通过问卷调查、统计等方法,对我国信息技术应用和需求的现状及问卷中所反映出的问题,如希望学习的内容,学习时间和费用等方面内容作了认真的分析,提出了解决问题的思路和对策。This paper firstly introduces the importance of information technology for society popularization. Based on it, by the means of questionnaire investigation and statistic analysis. This paper introduces the current situation of the application of and demands for information technology in China. Moreover, this paper provides a comprehansive analysis of problems revealed in the questionnaires（ Surueys）, suchas the expected trouing content, training time and training fare, etc. At last,this paper puts forward the corresponding ideas and tactic to tackle the problems.
