摘  要:本文针对实际问题,以振动电机作为振动筛的激振源,通过反方向同步控制电路,对双振动电机同步振动筛(简称DEG)做研究。采用电机与筛体联在一起的直接驱动结构,省略了传动装置,结构简单。按线性非共振筛进行设计,矿料在筛分过程中做直线抛掷运动,根据生产要求,对振动筛的工作参数进行了分析和计算。对振动筛的结构进行了改进,采用了梁式结构、锥形筛逢,避免了筛条的二次共振,解决了筛分时的夹矿问题。With oscillating electromotor as the vibrating filiation, and by the invert synchronous control circuit, the thesis studies and designs double oscillating electromotor synchronous vibrating griddle (DEG) on the base of the practical problem. By fixing the electromotor to the body of griddle, DEG needn't gearing, so its structure is simple. As the DEG system has been designed in the light of non-linear resonance vibration, the ore can do line sling movement. DEG'working principle and structure design are decided upon the demand of project status. In the meantime, the working parameters of griddle are studied and calculated. The DEG' configuration has been improved with girder structure and cone-shaped cleft to avoid the second resonance and solve the problem of blocking ore.
