摘　　要：本文通过烧结混合机柔性清料装置的研制与应用的过程,阐述了烧结物料在混合机的行为及对烧结工艺的影响,着重阐述了柔性清料对生产运行的影响。Through the process of development and application on the flexibly removing mixture device of sintering blending machine ,in this article, behavior change of sintering mixture in the blending machine and contribution on sintering technology are introduced, and effect of flexibly removing mixture method on production running is introduced.
