摘　　要：[目的]根据中医“缓则治其本”的原则,探讨电脉冲联合夏季中药敷贴治疗儿童季节性哮喘的效果。[方法]将96例季节性哮喘患儿按就诊先后设置单、双号,单号为对照组,双号为治疗组。其中治疗组52例,对照组44例。2组均行中药敷贴,治疗组在此基础上,加用电脉冲治疗并实施相关护理措施。[结果]治疗组治疗的有效率高于对照组(P<0·05)。[结论]电脉冲治疗联合夏季中药敷贴能明显提高对儿童季节性哮喘的治疗效果。[Objective] According to the principle of TCM ＂treat the root for chronic disease＂, explore the curative effect of electro phoresis combined with Chinese medical application on children＇s seasonal asthma, [Method] Divided 96 patients into 2 groups, the odd ones as control group 44 eases, the even ones treatment group 52 cases. Make medical application to both groups, add eleetrophoresis and other relative nursing measures to the treatment group. [Result] The effective rate of the treatment one was higher than the eontrol（P〈0.05） [Conelusion] The combination of electrophoresis and TCM application can markedly improve the curative effect on children＇s seasonal asthma.
