摘  要:烟大轮渡铁路栈桥采用两跨式全焊变截面下承式钢板梁,跨度为52.645 m+29.855m。从结构形式、提升方式、轨道转辙器、支座及设备、厚板焊接性能及热处理工艺、桥梁新钢种、钢梁架设、栈桥防腐、钢桥面铺装等方面介绍该栈桥的十大关键性技术。The trestle bridge of Yantai-Dalian Railway Ferry is designed as two-span through steel plate girders of fully welded variable sections with span arrangement 52. 645 m+29. 855 m. In this paper, the ten major key techniques for the trestle bridge are presented from aspect of the bridge structural forms, lifting ways, track switchers, bearings and equipment, welding performance and heat treatment workmanship of thick plates, new bridge steel grades, steel girder erection, trestle bridge corrosion protection and steel deck surfacing.
