摘 要:根据东海大桥的实际情况,构建了基于健康监测系统的桥梁结构养护管理体系,提出了预测式、评估式大桥养护管理策略。以实时监测、定期监测及人工检查相结合的方法,设计了桥梁结构健康监测系统的总体架构,对各子系统的构成及实现方法进行了较为详细的论述。对桥梁数据信息管理系统进行了功能设计,提出桥梁健康状态监测系统的应用方式,扩展并完善了桥梁健康监测的概念。In the light of the actual situations of Donghai Bridge, a bridge structure maintenance and management system based on bridge health monitoring system (BHMS) is set up and strategies of the bridge maintenance and management of prediction and assessment type are developed. With a combined method of real time monitoring, routine monitoring as well as manual inspection, the general framework of the BHMS for Donghai Bridge is designed and the methods for constituting and realizing each subsystem of the BHMS are discussed in details. The functions of the data and information management system of the Bridge are also designed, the ways of application of the BHMS are put forward and the concept of the BHMS has thus been expanded and perfected.
