摘  要:以体外预应力在江阴大桥北引桥(50+75+46.5)m连续箱梁加固中的应用为例,介绍体外预应力筋在箱梁结构中的布置形式、锚固、转向的方式以及张拉方法。通过对箱梁结构的竖向位移和混凝土应力的监测,分析该桥体外预应力加固的效果。分析结果表明,体外预应力改善了箱梁混凝土的应力状态和桥面线形,对结构的补强起到了良好的效果。Taking the application of external prestressing to the strengthening construction of the (50+75+46.5)-m span continuous box girder structure of the north approach spans of Jiangyin Bridge for example, this paper presents the layout, ways of anchoring and draping of the prestressing tendons in the girder structure and methods for tensioning of the tendons. In accordance with the monitoring of vertical displacement of the structure and concrete stress thereof, the effect of strengthening of the approach spans with the external prestressing is analyzed. The results of the analysis indicate that the external prestressing has improved the stress conditions of the concrete of the girder structure, geometry of bridge deck and sound effect of strengthening of the approach spans has been achieved.
