摘  要:采用快原子轰击质谱法,在有底物甘油的条件下,测定f-5,5-二甲基海因,5-甲基-5-乙基海因的准分子离子峰[M+H]^+的质量色谱图,通过对其曲线拟合,发现它们的强度随采集时间呈指数衰减规律,并且,二者初始峰强的比值与仅与二者的浓度有关。当选定一个作为内标,则可对另一个定量分析。实验选择5-甲基-5-乙基海因作为内标,对5,5-二甲基海因定量分析。测得标准曲线方程为y=-0.0204+0.154x(R=0.9921),线性范围在1~25μg之间,RSD为3.0%。The substituted hyantoins at C5,5 (5,5-dimethyl-hyantoin and 5-methyl-5-ethyl-hyantoin) were analyzed by fast atom bombardment-mass spectrometry(FABMS) with glycerin as marix. It was found that the intensities of their quasi-ion molecule are decreased exponentially with the equation I = a + be^-kt, where a and b are constants related to ionization mechanism; t is time which is expressed by scan number in this experiment. It was also found that the ratio of initial intensities of quasi-ion molecules is only related to sample's concentration. When selecting any of them as internal standard, another was able to be analyzed quantitatively. In this work, 5,5-dimethyl-hyantoin was determined quantitatively using 5-methyl-5-ethyl-hyantoin as the internal standard. The standard equation is y = -0.0204 + 0.154x(R = 0.9921), the linear detection range is 1 - 25 μg, RSD is 3.0%.
