摘　　要：利用荧光光度法研究了铕-镧-诺氟沙星-十二烷基磺酸钠体系的稀土共发光效应,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。研究了本体系测定Eu3+的最佳条件,结果表明,体系的荧光强度与Eu3+的浓度在1·0×10-10~5·0×10-7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为2·0×10-12mol/L。采用标准加入法测定混合稀土样品中的Eu3+,结果令人满意。In this study, the co-luminescence effect of Eu^3＋-La^3＋-norflorxacin （NFLX）-sodium dodecylsulfonate（SDS） system was studied and the luminescence mechanism of the system was discussed. The effects of various factors on the system were investigated in detail. Under optimum conditions, a linear relationship was obtained between the fluorescence intensity and the Eu^3＋ concentration in the range of 1.0×10^-10-5.0×10^-7 moL/L. The detection limit of Eu^3＋ was 2.0×10^-12 mol/L. This system was used for the determination of europium in the rare earth sample with satisfactory results.
