摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂针对高炉连续性、系统性、复杂性的特点,在1750m3高炉建立并实施精准管理模型,通过系统分析,闭环控制,提高控制能力和应变能力,使高炉的生产管理逐渐走上真正的系统化、制度化、程序化、标准化,力求做到“以变应变保不变”的控制境界,促使高炉管理水平和高炉主要经济技术指标的大幅度提升,取得了明显成效。According to the characteristics of continuity, systematization and complexity of blast furnace, accurate management model is established and actualized in 1750m^3 blast furnace. Gradually blast furnace production management is in the state of genuine systematization, institutionalization, formality and standardization through systems analysis and closed-loop control, raising control ability and adaptive ability. The control ambit of ＂adapting change with change insures do not change＂ is accomplished with great efforts, The level of management of blast furnace is advanced, The major economic technical indexes of blast furnace are improved substantially and gotten obvious effect.
