摘　　要：为提高配料精度,济钢4#竖炉采用集散控制系统实现了球团竖炉配料运行参数的计算机采集和球团矿自动配料控制。系统包括两个控制站(CS),一个工程师站(ES)和两个操作员站(OS),它们之间通过基于TCP/IP协议的以太网相连。组态软件为JX-300XAdranTrol软件包。应用表明,系统控制精度提高,给生产提供了精确的过程数据。In order to improve the precision of proportioning, SUPCON JX-300X distribution control system （DCS） is adopted in Jigang＇s No.4 pellet furnace, realizing computer collection of proportioning running parameters and automatic proportioning control of the pellet. The system includes two control stations, one engineer station and two operate stations, which are joined via Ethernet based on TCP/IP protocol. The configuration software is JX-300X AsranTrol canned software. Applications show that the system has high control precision and provide accurate process data for production.
