摘　　要：综述纳米乳的制备方法及其粒径和稳定性的影响因素以及在制剂学领域的新应用。纳米乳是由油相、水相、乳化剂和助乳化剂组成的透明或者半透明系统。粒径为10-100nm，具有很窄的粒径分布。近年来成为药剂学领域的研究热点。Nano-emulsions, a transparent or translucent system consisting of oil phase, aqueous phase, emulsifiers and co-emulsifiers, with a narrow particle size distribution of 10-100 nm, have recently become a hotspot of research in pharmaceutics. The preparation method of nano-emulsions, the influence factors on the particle size and the stability, and their new application in pharmaceutics were reviewed.
