摘 要:目的评价底部框剪封底砌块组合墙房屋的抗震性能以及在七、八度区的应用可能性.方法采用分离化处理各抗侧单元的简化串并联动力分析模型,应用基于规范的振型分解反应谱法和以地震动记录作为输入的弹塑性动力时程分析方法,在统计的基础上分析结构的抗震性能.同时,按抗震可靠度理论对房屋的失效概率和可靠指标进行分析.结果结构在大震作用下无明显的薄弱楼层和变形集中问题,底层框剪和底两层框剪结构具有相近的抗震性能和可靠度,两类结构均具备良好的抗震性能和合适的抗震可靠指标.结论在七度区建造7层和八度区建造6层该类房屋是可行的.To evaluate the seismic performance for frame/shear-wall supported bottom-sealed block composite masonry buildings and discuss the possibility for the use in seismic regions with intensity 7 or 8 of Chi- nese intensity scale. Based on the simplified series-parallel lumped model with separately treating of the different earthquake resistant elements as independent analysis elements, the code-based mode decomposition response spectrum method and inelastic time-history analysis by earthquake wave records as exciting are used. Discussions for the seismic performance are based on statistical response data. Failure probability and reliability index are estimated under the theory of seismic reliability. No obvious weak story or displacement concentration is noticed under severe earthquake excitation. Similar seismic performance and reliability is found for the buildings with frame/shear-wall supported at first storey and first two stories. Favorable seismic performance and appropriate reliability index is exhibited for the buildings. It is feasible to build 7- or 6- storey such buildings in seismic region with intensity 7 or 8 of Chinese intensity scale.
