摘  要:针对皮江法炼镁生产过程中白云石煅烧工艺的不同,论述了3种白云石煅烧炉(回转窑、竖窑和流态化煅烧炉)的优缺点、国内外进展概况和应用现状。回转窑是目前煅烧白云石最为普遍的一种炉窑;竖窑用于煅烧白云石,已成为一种逐渐被淘汰的炉窑;流态化煅烧炉是一种新兴的白云石煅烧炉窑,有着很大的发展前景。基于流态化煅烧炉的优缺点,还提出了一种新型旋流煅烧炉的设想。最后对各种炉窑的优缺点进行了总结。Aiming at the differences of the dolomite calcination technics in the process of the pidgeon's magnesium reduction, three industrial kilns to calcine dolomite (rotary kiln, erect kiln and fluidized calcinator)are discussed, and their advantages and disadvantages, the general situation from domestic and international development respectively are compared. The rotary kiln is the most widespread currently. The erect kiln have become a kiln that decline gradually. The fluidized calcinator is a newly arisen kiln, it have a big development foreground. Moreover, based on the merit and the shortcoming of the fluidized calcinator, it provides a new spiral flow calcinator. In the end, the merit and shortcoming of all the kilns are summarized.
