摘 要:从本国出产的薄水铝石(AlOOH)出发,用沉降-压片法和筛分-压片法研制了圆板状α-AlO3无机膜载体(29.2mm,厚度约2.0mm),并通过SEM、XRD及气体渗透性等研究,从孔结构、表面形貌、气体渗透率和分离因子等多方面进行表征.结果表明,沉降法制得的载体气体渗透性比筛分法的好得多.其渗透率是筛分法的3倍,分离因子也优于筛分法.结果还表明,干燥与灼烧温度是影响载体性能的重要因素,硝酸蒸气处理载体对载体强度、孔结构和气体的渗透性等也起到一定的改善作用.Circular plate α-Al2O3 supports (29.2mm, thickness ̄2.0mm) for inorganic membrane were prepared by precipitation-pressure and sifting-pressure methods from native boehmite material (AlOOH).The characteristics of pore structures, surface appearance,the ratio of gas permeability (J) and separation factor (α), etc were performed by SEM, XRD and gas permeability experiments. The results showed that the gas permeability of the support prepared by the precipitation method was 3 times larger than that by the sifting method and the separation factor of the support prepared by the precipitation method was also better. The results also showed that the performance of α-Al2O3 supports was markedly affected by the drying and calcining temperature. In addition, the mechanical strength, the pore structure, and the gas permeability of α-Al2O3 plates were improved to a certain, after the support was treated with HNO3 vapor.
