摘 要:为研究影响可膨胀石墨爆炸膨化的影响因素,通过测定膨化率以及发烟剂对8mm波衰减值,分析了弹壳材料与壁厚、炸药及可燃剂含量、装药密度、混药工艺、插层物质以及分散方式对膨化效果及对8mm波衰减效果的影响,根据测试结果,优化发烟弹与可膨胀石墨的设计参数。In order to study the factors affecting on dilatation of expandable graphite by explosion, based on determining expandable rate and value of smoke agent attenuating 8mm wave, the factors such as material and thickness of smoke shell, content of explosive and combustible agent, charge density, process of mixing charge, intercalation material and disperse way, which influence on dilatation effect, were analyzed. Based on test result, the design parameters of smoke shell and expandable graphite was optimized.
