摘 要:本文首次报道了CaS(Eu,Ce)的紫外可见双重存储及双色显示特性,通过实验研究CaS(Eu,Ce)的光致发光和激发光谱,及上转换发光和红外激励光谱,结果表明CaS(Eu,Ce)同样具有可擦除、可重写的光存储功能,当用λ≥~450nm波段的光写入,用波长约在850~1500nm之间的红外光读出时,则能探测到橙色发光,峰波长在~640nm附近.而当用λ≤~300nm的紫外光写入时,在同样读出条件下,读出信号中出现绿色发光,其三个峰波长分别在510、540和640nm.The ultraviolet and visible optical storage and hi-color outputting propertics in CaS(Eu,Ce) were first reported. The photoluminescence spectra, excitation spectra, up-conversion luminescence and infrared stimulated spectra in CaS(Eu,Ce) were investigated in exoeriments. The results show that the CaS(Eu,Ce)also have erasable and rewrite optical storage function. When written by light with A λ ̄450nm and read by light with infrared light(850 ̄1500nm), the orange luminescence peaked at  ̄640nm can be probed as the reading sighal. But when written with ultraviolet light with λ≤ ̄300nm, under the condition of identical reading, the green luminescence appears in reading sighal peaked at  ̄510,  ̄540 alld  ̄640nm.
