摘　　要：本文主要以广东技术师范学院工商管理专业的发展变革为蓝本,探讨以市场需求为导向的非重点高校工商管理本科专业应有的培养目标,进而在确定的培养目标的基础上,提出相应的课程改革设想。Based upon GPUN＇ s reform, this thesis conducts a survey of market - oriented education aim of the industry and commerce management （4- year major）of non - key universities and puts forth further a reformed syllabus of the 4- year major of the industry and commerce management major based on the established education aim.
