摘 要:目的由头颅骨螺旋CT断层图像数据复制头颅骨。方法用MINICS8·1软件将头颅骨CT数据进行滤波,二值化,轮廓提取,矢量三维重建,并转化为STL文件,再经Magics RP5·41实体分层后,输入HLP-450型快速成形机,加工成型制作出头颅骨三维实体模型。结果得到的头颅骨实体模型,其几何外形与头颅骨标本基本一致。结论选区激光烧结技术复制头颅骨模型精度符合颌面外科要求,可用于术前设计、规划及手术模拟。Objective To fabricate the cranial bone replica with selective laser sintering by laminated object manufacturing, Methods MINICS8, 1 software was used to process the CT data of the cranial bones. The filtration of CT data, binarization, bone's contour extraction and vectorization were performed in order. The CT data was converted to STL format. The STL file was checked and repaired with Magics RPS. 41, and inputted into the rapid apparatus HLP-450. The 3 D stereo-temporal bone physical model was built layer by layer. Results Physical model of the cranial bones was obtained. The dimensions of the model were in agreement with the cranial bones. Conclusion The accuracy of the cranial bones model can meet with the maxillofacial surgery requirements.
