摘 要:以n-BuLi(Li)为引发剂,SnCl4(Sn)为偶联剂,用醚类微观结构调节剂(GDEE),在环己烷中合成了线型和星形中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶。考察了Sn/Li(摩尔比)、相对分子质量、偶联反应温度及时间、GDEE/Li(摩尔比)、乙烯基含量(ω)、调节剂种类及偶联剂的加入方式对偶联反应的影响,发现调节剂的用量及空间位阻的增加均不利于偶联反应,ω的增加有利于偶联反应。The linear and star medium vinyl polybutadiene rubbers were synthesized with nBuLi as initiator,SnCl4 as coupling agent,GDEE as structure regulator and cyclohexane as solvent. The effects of Sn/ Li, relative molecular masss,temperature and time of coupling reaction, GDEE/ Li,vinyl content,types of regulator,adding methods of coupling agent on the coupling reaction were studied.It was found that the increases of regulator amount and steric hindrance were both unfavorable to the coupling reaction,while the increase of vinyl content was favorable to the coupling reaction.
