摘 要:通过广角X射线衍射法,研究了SSBR,BR,ESBR分别与PP的共混物中PP的结晶行为,认为SSBR,BR和ESBR均具有非均相成核能力,并在橡胶质量分数为10%时,其PP的β晶型含量(K_β)分别为13.5%,11.7%,20.7%。K_β的差异可以从橡胶与PP的相容性解释。还研究了PP/BR共混物的力学性能与BR含量的关系,当BR含量为10%时,常温(25℃)缺口冲击强度最大,为7.8kJ/m ̄2。The crystallization behavior of the blends of PP with SSBR,BR,ESBR were examined by wide-angle X-ray diffraction.It was found that rubber bad the maximum hetergeneous nucleating ability and the amount of the β-form(Kβ)were 13. 5%,11. 7%,20.8% for SSBR,BR,ESBR respectively, when the mass ratio of rubber/PP was 10/90.The difference of Kβ was caused by the compatibility between rubber and PP.The results of mechanical properties of the PP/BR blends showed the maximum notched impact strength of blend 7.8KJ/m2 when the mass ratio of BR/PP was 10/90.
