摘　　要：采用分段浸取新工艺是黑荆树皮单宁提取的关键技术。即以平转型连续浸提为常压段、以水平渗滤（进、出）垂直釜为加压段，经生产考核，其工艺先进、运行可靠、经济合理、操作简便，产品质量稳定。The key technique of the new process of tannin extraction from black wattle bark is to divide the extraction into two steps. The first step of extraction is carried out under normal pressure in horizontally rotary continuous extractor. The second step of extraction proceeds under pressure by horizontal leaching in vertical digester. It has been proved through a long period running that the technology is advanced and reliable,the cost is reasonable,the operation is convenient and the quality of products is steady.
