摘 要:对壳程流体纵向冲刷型管壳式换热器做了壳程管隙间流道及管束边缘与壳壁间流道的流体力学分析。分析结果表明,为使管隙间流道的流体流速接近壳程平均流速。The fluid dynamics of the flow channel within the space of shell side and the flow channel between the boundary of the tube bundle and the wall of the shell for the shell and tube heat exchangers with longitudinal flow in shell side were analyzed. The results suggest that the flow barriers in the boundary of tube bundle should be set based on the fluid resistance coefficients of the flow channel within the space of tube bundle to make the fluid flow rate of the flow channel within the soace close to the average velocity across the shell side.
