Research on the Contents of Chinese Seabucklthorn Fruit Oil and Its Application to Chloasma Treatments

摘　　要：Objective To study the contents of Chinese Seabucklthorn Fruit Oil and its mechanism to chloasma treatments. Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups at random. One included forty patients who received chloasma treatment. The other included twenty patients as control group. The former was treated by seabuchlthorn fruit oil. Results 38 patients, who accounted for 95 percent of the total, were cured and 2 were improved greatly. There was no invalid case. The effective rate reached 100%. Conclusion Compared with the control group, its long-term effect was significant. And no toxic and side effect has ever been found.
