摘　　要：综述了近红外光谱术（NIRS）及表面肌电图（sEMG）的工作原理、发展历史，骨骼肌疲劳机制相关研究的最新成果及NIRS和sEMG在骨骼肌疲劳研究申的应用，并对上述两项新技术应用于骨骼肌疲劳机制研究时存在的缺陷做出了分析，对其未来的应用前景做出了展望。The working principle and developing history of NIRS and sEMG, the present studies on skeletal muscle fatigue and the theory of the application of NIRS and sEMG in studying skeletal muscle fatigue were summarized. It was also looked into the future about the application of NIRS and sEMG in studying skeletal muscle fatigue in this paper.
