摘 要:不同阶段的教育具有不同的公共产品性质,区分义务教育和高等教育的公共产品性质为实现教育投资主体多元化提供了理论上的支持,我国现实的国情和国力也决定了现阶段实现教育投资主体多元化的必要性。“十一五”规划期间,划分教育投资主体的不同层次和类别,形成政府、社会、企业、个人共同投资教育的局面,是我国教育体制改革的内容之一。Education in different stages has different qualities of being public product. It' s necessary to differentiate Compulsory Education' s quality of public product with that of Higher Education, since it may provide theoretical support for the diversity of the main - body in education investment. This diversity is also made necessary by the present economic and political condition in our nation, Therefore, during the period of "Eleventh Five - Year Project", concerning the. main - body of education investment the author like to explore the diversity of the main - body in education investment, which may include government, society, enterprise, and individual. It is part of the reform in education investment in China.
