摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设离不开新农民。新农民是具有新观念、新文明、新素质和新人际关系的现代农民。国家应采取各种有力措施,造就和培育一代代的新型农民,这对社会主义新农村建设具有重大意义。New socialist rural construction needs new type of farmer. The new type of farmers will be modem ones, which with new conception, advanced culture and quality, and new interpersonal relationship. It is necessary for our country to take some measures to cultivate and bring up new type of farmers, which is important for the new socialist rural construction.
