摘　　要：狭义的未成年人刑事司法转处是指将未成年被告人从正式审判中分流的制度,而广义的转处除此之外,还包括审判中刑罚裁量的非监禁化、刑罚执行过程中的非监禁化。由于转处理念所具有的特定优势,将其运用于未成年刑事司法过程中,对于未成年人的保护及对其犯罪的预防都具有重要意义。Diversion of Juvenile Justice in narrow sense means a system of extracting juvenile defendants from formal trial, while in broad sense it is also including non-imprisonment of penalty discretion during trial and execution. Carrying the special advantage, to be applied into the course of Juvenile Justice the idea of diversion will have a great meaning on youth protection and Juvenile Delinquency prevention.
