地方高校体育院系面临的发展问题研究

摘　　要：针对地方高校体育院系面临的发展观念问题、及时领会和把握形势发展的问题、专业单一问题、办学条件问题和办学空间问题等进行研究.提出地方高校体育院系发展要解决包括地方高校体育院系性质的准确定位、确定发展方向和确定人才培养规格和方向等基本问题;建议通过建立规范灵活的运行机制、坚持以教学为中心,教学与科研相结合的办学方向和拓展体育院系发展空间,开办特色专业等对策来解决地方高校体育院系的发展问题.Aim at the development idea problem that local college athletics department is face, on time appreci ate with hold the problem, profession one problem that situation development and do to learn the term problem with do to learn space problem etc. proceeds the research. Putting forward the localcollege athletics department department development wants the accurate fixed posltion,certain development direction that resolve includes the local college athletics department kind to educates with the certain talented person specification with basic problem in etc. in direction; The suggestion passes to establish the vivid movement in norm mechanism and insists to regard teaching as the center, the teaching combines together with Science research of doing and learning direction with expand the athletics department the development the space, start the characteristic profession etc. counterplan to the development problem that resolve the local college athletics department.
