摘　　要：电信转型是现在电信业发展的一大趋势，然而电信转型会引发一系列问题。本文先从电信转型的内涵谈起，探讨了电信转型和光纤到家（FTTH）的关系，继而推论出FTTH对整个电信网络发展的重要促进作用，最后指出了在我国实现FTTH的必然性。Although it will bring a series of problems telecommunication transformation is still one of the development tendencies in telecommunication industry. In this paper, the connotation of telecommunication transformation is ntroduced, while the relationship between FTTH and telecommunication transformation is also discussed. Therefore. the conclusion can be deduced that FTTH will play an important role in promoting the development of the whole telecommunication network, which will result in the necessity of FTTH mplementation in China,
