摘 要:针对电厂锅炉省煤器改造中扩展受热面形式选择缺乏明确客观依据的问题,以华北某电厂燃煤锅炉省煤器受热面为研究对象,基于扩展受热面的传热计算、烟气流场分析及煤灰粘结特性分析,提出了受热面面积扩展系数和传热能效2个概念,对于不同形式扩展受热面的传热特性、防磨特性、煤种适应性和钢材消耗量进行了比较,得出了比较明确的结论。可为省煤器受热面扩展形式的选择提供必要的依据,有利于实现省煤器扩展受热面选型程序化和最优化。Type selection of extended heating surfaces of economizers in utility boilers has not have some clear and determinate criterions. The extended heating surfaces of economizers of coal-fired boilers in a power plant in North China were thaken as objects investigated in the paper. Two concepts, heating surface extended factor and heat transfer capacity, were presented, and the properties of heat transfer, wear resistant, adaptability of coals, steel consumption of different styles extended heating surfaces were compared on the basis of the heat transfer calculations of the heating surfaces, analysis of flow fields and ash caking properties. So it is possible that most suitable styles of extended heating surfaces of economizers in specific boilers are chosed according to the conclusions.
