摘  要:“锅炉内爆”事故在上世纪70年代,在美国曾经发生过,而中国至今曾未报道过。介绍了“锅炉内爆”的定义并详细地分析了产生的机理。并分别从轴流式引风机和离心式引风机、FGD的增压风机以及双锅炉公用一个FGD系统,增压风机的导叶不同角度的几种情况下,分析了风机可能对造成高负压的原理,以及导致锅炉发生内爆的可能性。通过分析比较,从导致“锅炉内爆”的角度上得出了轴流式风机的安全性要优于离心式风机;FGD系统在主路向旁路切换的过程中,快速切换更加危险;以及双锅炉公用一个FGD系统较锅炉各用一个FGD系统对锅炉负压影响更大等结论。从而为同行进行风机布置时,提供理论依据。Furnace implosion accident had happened in America in 1970th, while had never been reported in China up to the present. The article presented the definition of furnace implosion and analyzed its cause mechanism in detail. Same time the article from three different factors analyzed the causes that the fan leaded to high furnace negative pressure and that corresponding possibility of furnace implosion happened. The factors including the comparison between axial ID fan and centrifugal ID fan, boost up fan in FGD system, and the condition that two boilers shared a FGD system. Consequently from analysis previous individual factor, as far as furnace implosion is concerned, it concludes that. axial ID fan is safer than centrifugal ID fan used in boiler system; the boiler is more unsafe the faster when main flue path of FGD system switch to bypass one; two boiler shared one FGD system has more impact on furnace negative pressure when one of boiler has accident. Finally it was hoped the article bring some theory guidance to selection or disposition fans in FGD system.
