摘　　要：详细介绍了下一代网络的各种移动性概念,介绍了实现它们的主要协议———移动IP和SIP,并分析了移动IP和SIP在实现各种移动性方面的优缺点。最后给出利用多协议多层次实现下一代移动管理的架构方案。This article details each mobility management type of NGN, and describes the implementation protocols, mobile IP and SIP. Then analyzes the merits and demerits of implementing every mobility management type by MIP and SIP, respectively, Finally gives architecture of implementing NGN mobility management using multi-protocols in multi-layers.
