摘　　要：提出了一种隐藏水印函数执行路径的水印算法,通过建立保密的水印函数、合并水印函数和其他函数来保护水印信息。分析表明,本算法能够消除代码迷惑攻击的影响,同时也能提供法律上代码所有权的证据。This paper presents a software watermarking algorithm that hiding the execution path of watermark-functions. This algorithm inserts a watermark-function instead of watermark-data into the program. By using the modern cryptography technology, the execution path of watermark-functions is hidden in other functions. The advantage of this algorithm is that it is immune to code-obfuscation transformation attack and it can provide the evidence of software property in law.
