摘　　要：针对W eb应用开发的要求及特点,利用工作流的设计方法进行系统功能分析,借助表示层、业务层、数据服务层的三层体系结构,设计开发了网上项目申报与管理系统,并采用JSP/Servlet技术实现了系统中间业务层的逻辑功能,同时结合功能实例进行了说明。For the requirement and feature of Web application and development,this paper uses the design method of workflow to analyse system function and a project application ＆ management system on network is designed, with the help of three layer architecture,which is made of representation layer, business layer and data-service layer. The logistic function of the middle business layer of the system is achieved by JSP/Servlet technology and an example of the function is given to illustrate it.
