摘　　要：对医疗界存在的诸多问题要采取综合治理的方法,即以社会主义荣辱观统领医德医风建设,重点解决医德人格扭曲问题;大胆创新医疗行政管理制度,重点解决医疗行政监管缺位问题;进一步完善法律法规规范医疗行为,重点解决医疗法律盲区问题;逐步开放医疗市场实现公平竞争,重点解决医疗垄断问题。Synthetic solutions should be adopted to resolve the various problems in the medical field. Namely, applying the ideas of the honor and disgrace to correct the disorder of medical personality, innovating medical administration system to settle the lack of medical administration, enacting laws and regulations on medical behavior to fill up the blank areas in the medical field, and gradually opening the medical market to break up the monopoly through fair competition in the medical field.
