银杏内生真菌Ⅳ——银杏不同生长期内生真菌的分布

摘　　要：银杏(Ginkgo biloba L．)不同生长时期种子、实生苗(1年生)、10年生植株和100年生植株的根、茎、叶分离获得内生真菌共198株,经显微形态观察,鉴定为3纲、6目、7科、22属。结果表明银杏在不同生长时期内生真菌在数量、种群及其组成上存在着差异,该研究为更好的开发和保护银杏资源提供依据。198 strains of endophytic in the different growth stages were isolated from the roots, stems, leaves and seeds of Ginkgo biloba L. They were morphologically identified belonging in 22 genera, 7 families, 6 orders and 3 classes. The results indicated that quantity, species, and distribution of the endophytic fungi varied with different growth stages of Ginkgo biloba.
