摘 要:螺旋毛壳(Chaetomium spirale)ND35是从健康毛白杨中分离的优势内生菌。平皿对峙试验表明,菌株ND35对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)、黄瓜猝倒病菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)等病原真菌的生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,并伴随有菌丝缠绕等重寄生现象。温室条件下,将ND35接种于黄瓜、番茄和菜豆幼苗根部,3d左右即能在根部定殖,7d扩展到茎部、叶部。ND35在番茄幼苗上定殖后,具有明显的促进植株生长的作用。盆栽试验表明,菌株ND35可有效防治黄瓜猝倒病。经ND35处理的黄瓜幼苗,猝倒病发病率明显降低,从68.9%降到13.3%,防治效果达80.7%。The endophytic fungus Chaetomium spirale ND35 was isolated from healthy plants of Populus tomentosa. The mechanism of the inhabitory of strain ND35 was preliminary investigated by the confronting bioassay on PDA plates and light microscopy observation. Strain ND35 exhibited different inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of four pathogenic fungi ( Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria solani, Pythium aphanidermatum and Rhizoctonia solani ), as well as mycoparasitic phenomena, such as overgrowth in pathogen colonies and coiling around the hyphae of P. aphanidermatum and R. solani. The pot experiments indicated that strain ND35 could colonize seedlings of tomato, bean and cucumber and had abilities to promote growth of the seedlings. The biocontrol experiment in greenhouse showed that strain ND35 had good control effects on cucumber damping - off caused by P. aphanidermatum. The cucumber seedlings pre -treated with strain ND35 reduced the disease incidence from 68.9% to 13.3%. The control efficiency was 80.7 %. This data suggested that C. spirale ND35 might effectively protect host plant from infection of soil - borne disease and could promote plant growth.
