摘  要:通过比较不同基物、不同无性世代拟盘多毛孢属真茵分生孢子有色胞类型和分生孢子形态指标的稳定性,发现拟盘多毛孢的分生孢子区分为同色和异色两种类型,为稳定的特征,而异色类型不宜区分为琥珀色一橄榄色和煤烟色一淡褐色两种类型,因为这两种类型的有色胞可在不同世代间发生转变;分生孢子宽度和长度相对稳定,这两项指标可作为分类的形态性状,而顶端附属丝的长度不稳定,不宜作为分类特征;以“PDA+康乃馨叶组织”作为培养基产生的分生孢子与植物病组织上形成的分生孢子有色胞类型一致,可作为鉴别腐生、寄生、内生等各种来源的拟盘多毛孢菌株的通用培养基。By comparison of morphological stability of the conidia with colored cells on different substrates and also from different asexual generations, the concolorous and versicolorous conidium median cells of Pestalotiopsis were found to be a stable character. Versicolorous median cells of the conidia should not further divided into two types since umber - olive and fuliginous - olive median cells of the conidia changed with different asexual generations. Length and width of the conidia were relatively stable so that they could be used as taxonomic characters. Length of apical appendages of the conidia, however, couldn ' t be used as a taxonomic character as it changed among the species. The conidia with colored median cells produced on "PDA + comation tissues" were consistence with the conidia produced on diseased plant tissues. "PDA + cornation tissues" was, therefore, recommended as a common medium to identify Pestalotiopsis species including saprophytic, parasitic, endophytic isolates.
