长三角地区产业同构问题研究综述

摘　　要：关于长三角地区产业同构问题的认识是促进长三角地区经济一体化的前提和基础。因此,许多学者对该问题进行了深入探讨,产生了许多不同的观点。一些学者认为存在产业同构现象,而一些学者否认产业同构现象存在;一些学者认为存在产业结构趋同现象,一些学者则认为存在产业结构趋异现象。关于产业同构问题的成因则有经济发展水平观、行政管理体制观、区域资源禀赋观、市场开放程度观等。关于产业同构现象的影响有两种观点:一种观点认为是长三角地区经济一体化的障碍;另一种观点认为是长三角地区经济一体化的基础。关于长三角地区产业同构的对策措施亦有两种观点:一种观点主张降低产业同构程度;另一种观点提倡趋同的产业定位。The rscearch on same structure of industries in delta area of changiiang river is the basis of economy integration in delta area of changjiang river. Many researchers have studied on the problem and put forth some different views. Some think that there is phe- nomenon of same structure of industries and others think not. Some think that the industries have same tendency of identiealness and others think just the reverse. Many researchers sum up the causes of same structure of industries, such as the level of economy development, chain of command of the government, resources traits of the areas, the degree of market open, and so on. The are two viewpoints about the influences of same structure of industries： the one is the view of the obstacle, the other is the view of the basis. There are two viewpoints about solution to the problem： the one is of reduction the level of same structure of industries, and the other is of the same tendency to industries positioning.
