摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法,Krom asil ODS-1柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),甲醇-水梯度流动相,流速0.8mL/m in,研究了扶正抑瘤颗粒和组成该颗粒药材的指纹图谱.从扶正抑瘤颗粒的指纹图谱中找到14个与其处方药材对应的特征峰,其中与红芪药材有2个对应特征峰,当归药材有4个对应特征峰,墓头回药材有2个对应特征峰,莪术药材有6个对应特征峰,并对指标成分芒柄花素进行了定位和含量测定.可以用指纹图谱中的这些特征峰和芒柄花素的含量对扶正抑瘤颗粒的质量进行定性、定量控制.Fingerprint of Fuzheng Yiliu granule and 4 medicinal materials were studied by high-performance liquid chromatography with methanol-water gradient elution, flow-rate 0.8 mL/min. The fourteen characteristic peaks were found from the fingerprint of Fuzheng Yiliu granule by comparing with fingerprints of 4 medicinal materials. The experiments showed there were two characteristic peaks from Honhqi, four characteristic peaks from Danggui, two characteristic peaks from Mutouhui and six characteristic peaks from Erzhu. The peak of formononetin was identified and content of formononetin was determined. These characteristic peaks and content of formononetin showed controlling capability of the quality of Fuzheng Yiliu granule.
