离退休老年患者抑郁状况与社会支持相关性的调查研究

摘　　要：目的探讨离退休老年患者抑郁状况和社会支持之间的关系,为离退休老年患者提供合理、有效的社会支持,以降低抑郁情绪的发生。方法采用问卷调查法,对干部门诊就诊的离退休老年患者进行调查。结果离退休老年患者轻、中、重度抑郁组在社会支持、主观支持、社会支持利用度3项的得分比无抑郁组低,有显著性差异。结论要提高离退休老年患者的社会支持水平,减少抑郁状况的发生,就必须重视社会支持对心理健康影响的作用,特别要鼓励退休老年患者善于利用社会资源来协助自我的心理调节。Objective To investigate the correlation-ship between depression and social support of the senile retired people in order to provide reasonable and efficient social support for them and decrease the occurrence rate of depression, Methods The depression status of old retired patients in outpatient department were investigated by questionnaires. Results Scores of social support and subjective support and support usage of the old retired people with slight, moderate or sever depression status were lower than that of the old retired people without depression, and the difference was significant. Conclusions Social support plays a very essential role in psychological health in old retired patients, It is important to encourage old retired people to make good use of social resources in order to decrease the occurrence rate of depression.
